Built for buyers who cannot afford a bad batch
Maison Vitale began in 2011 as a two-person sourcing desk supplying three boutiques in Central Hong Kong. The proposition was simple: buy only what can be inspected, grade it honestly, and pack it as if it were going into our own window.
Fourteen years later the same desk supplies 2,400 trade buyers across 38 markets, but the operating rule has not changed. Nothing leaves the packing floor without a batch file, and no buyer receives stock we would not sell ourselves. We keep pricing off the public web because rates move with grade and volume — the quote is a conversation, not a price tag.
Today we hold thirteen houses across leather goods, footwear, neckwear and tailoring, with a dedicated grading room and a consolidated export desk in Hung Hom.

Four rooms, one workflow
Everything that decides the quality of your shipment happens in these four places.
Sourcing desk
Six buyers across Hong Kong, Milan and Paris work the wholesale channels daily. Requests outside stock are sourced against a written brief.
Grading room
Every unit is graded on hardware, stitching, edge paint and material hand-feel. Notes are photographed and attached to the batch file.
Packing floor
Retail-ready packing, branded ribbon and labelling handled in-house, so cartons arrive shelf-ready rather than warehouse-ready.
Export desk
Consolidated documentation, HS coding and forwarder booking. DDP terms pre-cleared for the EU, UK, US, UAE and Australia.
The rules
What we refuse to do
Authenticity checked, batch by batch
Every unit passes a four-point inspection: hardware, stitching, date coding and material hand-feel. Batch reports are shared with each shipment.
Mixed-brand consolidation
Combine multiple houses and lines in one order. We consolidate, re-pack and label cartons per your retail requirements.
Worldwide freight, DDP available
Air, sea-LCL and express courier. DDP terms available for the EU, UK, US, UAE and Australia with duty pre-cleared.
Inspection window on arrival
A 7-day checking window after delivery. Quality claims are resolved with replacement credit on the next order.
